1. What is Orach HPGL Optimize 3.21?

That is a software that imports HPGL (plt) file, optimizes its movements, defines its raising or lowering of frezer (knife or pen) just as the user wants and then exports optimized HPGL file which can be used on any machine, cuttter or ploter.

2. Who needs Orach HPGL Optimize?

It is necessary to all that work on:
- engraving machines, cutters, plotters
- cutting by water, hot wire, laser, plasma
- milling, drilling of holes

3. Why is Orach HPGL Optimize needed?

- It significantly reduces the work time of the machine, unnecessary work of the machine    is reduces several times
- It makes possible to specify what is needed for work from a complex drawing (cutting, engraving, drilling)
- It solves technological problems in work. For example, while cutting letter "O", first it cuts the inside then outside, because the opposite would have been impossible to do.

4. When and how was the software Orach HPGL Optimize made?

The first version of the program was done in 1993 for one big serial engraving job that was drawn in AutoCAD. A significant waste was noticed in the performance of the machine.
- The machine completed the entire work in 35 minutes while the knife was in the material only 7 minutes.
- After the optimization of the same file, in the first version, work time of the machine was reduced by 12 minutes.
- Entire optimization lasted less than 10 minutes.
- Total circulation was 6,000 pieces for which it was needed 3,500 hours or 500 days of work.
- After the optimization, the work was done in 1,200 hours or 172 days.
* The work saving was one entire year of work on the machine. Since then the program was continually developed till present version 3.21 and the system Win XP.

5. Is there further development for the software?

Yes. Next release of program is planed. Program will be enriched with options Scale and Rotate and some improvements.

6. Is it easy to work with software?

Everyone can start working in only a few hours. Version 3.21 is made extremely simple (user-friendly) and it has instruction of only a few pages. Simplicity of work could be checked out in DEMO mode.

7. What computer is needed for Orach HPGL Optimize 3.21 to work?

The program works on all PC computers with Windows 95, 98, NT, NT 2000 and XP operational systems. It needs less than 1MB of hard drive.
We also have extremely successful and tested old version 3.0 for Win 3.11.
