ALLTEC DN50A - YAG Laser

The DN50A is a high-performance solid state laser marker that satisfies the strictest requirements regarding throughput, flexibility, servicing, reliability and economic efficiency. Whether the job involves engraving, a color change, color removal or annealing marking, the marking laser boasts an impressively high resolution and produces premium-quality marks.

Along with electrical/electronic enclosures, keyboards and elements in the day/night design, the DN50A also marks name plates, tools, surgical instruments, injection nozzles, ball bearings, crankshafts and camshafts, armatures, seals or injection molds and many more.

The Nd:YAG marking laser has been designed for the integration into lines and ‘stand-alone’ systems. It can be controlled completely via a computer, and is thus ideally suited to be deployed in a fully-automatic production process. The communication concept guarantees user-friendly and efficient implementation of marking jobs involving alphanumeric characters, machine-readable codes, graphics or customized data.
